Jessica Ghelman is an economist, entrepreneur, and IB Business Management teacher based in Caracas, Venezuela. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern (2004) and built her career across consulting (Accenture), energy (Chevron), and banking (Mercantil) before turning to education full-time. With 8+ years in the IB classroom and over 30 years of professional experience, she founded IB Pro Suite after recognising that no existing tool understood both how IB assessment works and how student stress behaves.
